Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team and provide technical assistance to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions for a wide range of IT-related issues. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and a customer-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
