Our District Managers are responsible for overseeing operations of assigned stores and are accountable for overall operations, staffing and merchandising of retail stores. The District Manager is the immediate supervisor of the store managers and work closely with them to ensure that each store is achieving maximum profitability through execution of short- and long-term strategies. Responsible for providing leadership, executing corporate directives and developing strategies to maximize people development.
