What you'll do: Manage a team of software engineers, supporting their professional and technical growth through constructive feedback, performance reviews, and career development support. Experience managing globally distributed software engineering teams, with a passion for helping engineers grow their careers. Proven experience of tight collaboration with Product and Design to develop execution plans.
