Effectively partner with Manufacturing Unit technical teams to address manufacturing process issues and target the elimination of repetitive breakdowns. 9. Take leadership role in driving change management for the engineering and maintenance department related to people, structure, technology enhancement, regulatory and company initiatives on productivity. 10. Effectively communicate to management any critical actions needed to restore and maintain the basic conditions of the equipment to 100% reliability. 11. Ensures harmonization of processes, promotes, and enforces technical standards maintaining up-to-date knowledge and awareness of improvement methodologies and new techniques in maintenance. 12.
