Requisition ID: 76383 Description Your focus will be to drive our PA and Front-End Module developments by leading multiple design teams (including design engineers, techs, and validation engineers) locally. You must have demonstrated excellent communication skills and a passion for technical team leadership and development. #LI-DB1 Responsibilities * Overall leadership of multiple module designs currently in development for our largest customers. You will need to serve as the customer interface to the customer as well ensure multiple key program development is on track and performance is leading * Detailed architecture, floor planning, cost estimation, schedule estimation, specification negotiation, resource estimation and risk assessment for identified new product development program * Resource allocation and tracking to help identify when additional projects can be initiated as well as the capabilities and limitations of available resources to execute any given program * Drive design methodology improvements, best practice adherence and overall compliance to Skyworks MSB Product Realization Process * Ensure new team members are properly trained and mentored, and all team members are developing to their full potential * Work closely with the product leads to ensure they have the necessary resources to meet critical goals, and set appropriate priority when resource conflicts occur * Participate in the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding activities of top-notch talent * Provide regular updates to Senior Management on progress toward meeting our goals * Facilitate and lead detailed technical discussions with different customers to define architectures, drive rapid feasibility studies, and support system studies.
