Owned and operated by CEO Wendy Swager, Soreo In-Home Support Services (SIHSS) was established in 2000 to help address the ever-growing need for high quality in home support for aging adults and individuals with disabilities in the Tucson, Casa Grande and Phoenix communities.
In 2003, CARB developed the first set of evaporative emissions standards for the category.
In 2010, CARB approved new language that was added to the SORE regulations which set standards for Zero Emissions Equipment.
In 2011, CARB developed a new set of exhaust emissions test procedures.
In 2012 Soreo Hospice & Palliative Care was founded to ensure individuals toward the end of life have access to an array of services without having to contract with multiple providers.
In 2016, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) amended its evaporative emissions standards for the entire category of Small Off-Road Engines (SORE).
