The work environment is not the best. Employee morale is low. The Chancellor has favorites. The Chancellor's demeanor is not the best. Employees are afraid to complain.
My class times are good.
The CEO is not very good. Her decision making skills are not the best. She is not a good delegator. She is a micromanager. Many good employees have left, and some are trying to retire. Her leadership skills need work.
Having a leader who listens and not want everything to be their way. This would have to increase morale.
I prepared by going on the website and learning the school and the community. I also became familiar with the job description.
