As CFO, Chip is responsible for SyncHR’s financial operations, investor relations and administrative functions. He oversees the company’s business systems, human resources, legal and facilities. Chip has over 20 years’ experience working with emerging technology, high-growth companies. Prior to joining SyncHR, Chip was Vice President of Finance, Accounting and Systems for SolidFire, Inc., an all-flash storage technology company, until its acquisition by NetApp in 2016. Chip also previously served as CFO for Boulder Wind Power and Ion Engineering, and was a partner with KPMG in the firm’s audit practice. Chip has a BS in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

I've helped grow engineering staff through multiple phases as a function of organic growth, out sourcing, and acquisitions.
