Bruce Baude was named EVP, chief operations and technology officer of CNO Financial Group in July 2012. In this role, he provides strategic leadership over CNO’s operations and IT functions. Baude was previously chief operating officer at Univita Health. He joined Long Term Care Group in 2005 and served as chief executive officer through 2008, until its acquisition by Univita. From 2001 through mid-2005, he was president and chief executive officer of ProCard, Inc., a subsidiary of global payments processor TSYS. Before joining ProCard, Baude was with Bank One Corporation, where he held various roles including chief executive of Banc One Financial Card Services, a third-party payments processing company. He began his career with IBM, serving in both technical and sales roles supporting the automotive and financial services industries. Baude graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering/computer science from the University of Colorado. He serves on the board of the Greater Indiana Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Known as an industry expert, with more than 40 years of insurance experience, Mr. Crystal is thoroughly knowledgeable of the insurance needs for a broad spectrum of American business and industry. He has built a client roster for the firm that includes some of the country’s foremost stock brokerage houses, investment banking firms, and commercial banks, along with Fortune ranked companies. In addition, Crystal & Company ranks as one of the larger aviation brokers, numbering among its clients airlines, engine repair facilities, leasing companies, and airframe manufacturers, in addition to other components of the Aviation insurance industry. The company is diverse and acts in all areas of insurance as well as on behalf of in excess of 25% of the members of the New York Stock Exchange and in excess of 50% of the Hedge Fund industry. As a member of the community, Mr. Crystal serves as a vice chairman, trustee and member of the executive and finance committees, and co-chairman of the audit committee of Mt. Sinai Medical Center. He also serves on the boards of Stewart & Stevenson LLC, Ennia Caribe Holding NA, Global Indemnity PLC, and K2 Global Consulting, and as chairman of the audit committee of Stewart & Stevenson and Ennia Carbie Holding NA. He is a member of the National Association of Casualty and Surety Agents.

Ann Toback is the Executive Director of the Workmen’s Circle/Arbeter Ring. Since June of 2009, she has led the Workmen’s Circle through a substantial revisioning process that resulted in a new community learning–based mission focused on celebrating cultural Jewish identity and transmitting the Workmen’s Circle’s heritage of progressive values and activism to today’s American Jewish community. A lifelong activist and trained attorney, Ann previously served as a trade union leader at the Writers Guild of America, East.
