Pros of working at Spruce, Inc

They are all about taking care of employees with being flexible with hours and also provide health insurance.

Cons of working at Spruce, Inc

I would like to see more stores open. We need to expand. Also we don't get paid time off and we don't get free lunches either. I think if the company grow they will be able to one provide us with vacation time/ paid time off.
