Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as technical contact for external partners and VANs; translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide support, mentor junior staff, and contribute to 24×7 on-call rotation. Continuous Improvement - Track KPIs (acknowledgement timeliness, error rates, cycle times); recommend automation and process improvements.
