Pros of working at STAT MedEvac

Good aircraft, equipment. Abundant overtime due to staffing shortages.

Cons of working at STAT MedEvac

Compensation is lower than industry lows... it's abysmal. Management is either unable or unwilling to address morale (which is at rock bottom) or retention.
