S.A. Comunale is seeking a Tool Room Associate. A Tool Room Associate assists in all aspects of picking and shipping tools and material handling equipment. A Tool Room Associate is able to efficiently prep and consolidate orders to meet the daily demand of the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Efficiently pull tool and material handling equipment orders for shipping and fitter pickups.
Ability to operate material handling equipment to gather tools and material as needed.
Assist in the unloading of tools and material handling equipment from trucks.
Assist in the return of tools and material handling equipment from job sites, clean up and stage for maintenance review or store back in the tool room.
Pickup and delivery of tools and other inventoried items from local businesses.
Maintain a high level or organization and cleanliness in the Tool Room and dedicated storage locations of material handling equipment
Read and interpret instructions and handle all equipment accordingly.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required.
One (1) year experience in a warehouse, electronic, mechanic or manufacturing environment is required.
Vocational school training in small engine repair, electrical circuitry, or electronics is a plus.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Aerospace Materials Inventory Control Analyst to join our Mojave, CA team!
In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, coordinating stock movements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing strategically to inventory forecasting and cost control. Responsibilities:
Perform and electronically transact cycle counts, inventory moves and returns across all departments to maintain accurate inventory levels, while reviewing transactions for accuracy and resolving discrepancies related to missing inventory.
Monitor inventory levels proactively, coordinate logistics for stock transfers including offsite warehouse replenishment, and assist in developing replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Analyze inventory data, generate reports and visual charts for management to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and support finance teams in inventory valuation, reconciliation, and audit preparation.
Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures, process improvements, and best practices, including maintaining documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring compliance with Safety and Quality policies and storage regulations.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with department management and staff to ensure adherence to inventory processes, provide training and assistance to inventory control clerks and new employees, and communicate audit and process results for continuous improvement.
Manage cross-departmental projects such as aged inventory reviews, FIFO compliance, and transactional health audits, investigating recurring discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to optimize production planning, scheduling, receiving, and distribution.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements, lead or support Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives, and participate in the evaluation and implementation of new inventory management technologies or system upgrades.
Qualifications:
Four (4) or more years of Inventory control experience required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable reports required.
Proficiency in electronic inventory systems and cycle count transactions required.
Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, receiving, and distribution processes.
Experience in managing projects and driving process improvements.

Dump oil from shop, crush oil filters, and puncture spray cans for disposal.
Charge and Equalize batteries.
Keep renewed and demo area clean, with trucks straight and dusted.
Provide general assistance to Shop and Parts teams, assisting shop techs with minor repairs as required.
Additional duties or projects as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications

Perform general facility maintenance and upkeep as required. Including but not limited to keeping warehouse floors clean, emptying trash & recycling cans as needed, and general cleaning of warehouse following established shine schedules.
Serve as a backup/support to the Parts team on lift truck tire pressing for van replenishment, work orders, & customer orders.
Monitor propane cage.
Organize equipment upon receipt with asset ID label and organize scrap equipment to be disposed.
Maintain a neat and orderly facility and identify equipment for transport as required.
Dump oil from shop, crush oil filters, and puncture spray cans for disposal.
Charge and Equalize batteries.
Keep renewed and demo area clean, with trucks straight and dusted.
Provide general assistance to Shop and Parts teams, assisting shop techs with minor repairs as required.
Additional duties or projects as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
One year of shipping & receiving and/or warehouse inventory experience
Must be able to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts
Must be able to load/unload materials on semis and flatbed trailers
High school diploma, general education degree (GED), and/or technical school minimum
