The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:
+ Engage with senior client executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
+ Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
+ Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions
+ Advise, design and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging a SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
+ Lead large project teams of varying size and scope - helping them achieve transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within Accenture
+ Become a trusted expert and advisor to your clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Utilities while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Utilities clients ( (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Utilities Clients
+ Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Qualifications
Required:
* Functional implementation experience on 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations.
* 6+ years' Oracle implementation experience.
* 1+ full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Planning or Demand Planning as a functional resource.
* 3+ years' experience leading end-to-end systems strategy, fit-gap analysis, business process design (as-is/to-be), and full Oracle application deployment lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and continuous improvement for projects.

What you'll do:
The Supply Chain Network Planner is a leading role in the integrated, intelligent and agile supply chain organization, focusing on the full SIOP horizon including execution ( 0-36 months).

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of Supply chain experience (Transportation, Logistics or Warehousing).
* Strong analytical capability to analyze complex problems that involve large amounts of data and multiple solutions
* Ability to understand complicated optimization tools and processes
* Strong communication (oral and written)
* Collaborative approach-this role must effectively interface with multiple internal functions as well as external suppliers
* Strategic thinking (with general business acumen) while working with detailed data set
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
* Cross functional knowledge of CPG Supply Chain systems and KPIs including Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, Order Management and Delivery (Smucker supply chain preferred) is a strength
* Familiarity with reporting tools such as Coupa (Supply Chain Guru/Data Guru), Spotfire & Tableau

Responsibilities Senior Demand Planning Analyst A Senior Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for developing a monthly consensus forecast for specific sales segments.
Key responsibilities include developing a baseline statistical forecast, understanding and adjusting historical outliers, incorporating market knowledge such as promotions or other events that would impact demand, and addressing forecast errors.
Cross functional communication and alignment of the forecast is critical.
This will include working with product development, sales, customer service, and scheduling.
This position reports to the Manager of Demand Planning.
Your seat at the table Manage the collaborative monthly forecast process as a key part of the S&OP process for a defined portion of the business Partner with sales and marketing to integrate promotional calendar and new product introduction into forecast plan Maintain and improve the forecast models (by product, customer and plant).
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product management and Operations to incorporate causal events into the forecast, and align them with supply chain planning to meet customer service expectations Interact with customer supply planning teams Adhere to strict deadlines for deliverables in the S&OP system Monitor and improve key performance metrics.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in operations / supply chain management or related business discipline is preferred.
An associate's degree with relevant experience will be considered.
2 to 4 years' experience working as a Forecast Analyst and looking for the opportunity to build and grow with in Supply Chain Demonstrated proficiency in statistics and/or forecasting methodologies with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience working within a forecasting software program, preferably JDA.
