Reports to: Restaurant Manager
A Baskin-Robbins Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Baskin-Robbin's Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Responsibilities Include:
Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
Follow food safety standards
Prepare food and beverages
Assemble and package orders and serve to guests
Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Clean equipment and guest areas
Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation
Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable)
Follow speed of service standards
Serve and communicate with guests
Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

As a General Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, shipment and production process of materials according to all established Company and regulatory policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely receipt and shipping of all materials following FIFO and potential freight claim or back order procedures while supporting all freight and safety policies
Receive, unload and process inbound material and shipments; stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments
Perform a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product; move, store and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts
Understand and comply with applicable DOT, EPA, OSHA and specific HS&E requirements

Communicate potential stockouts, damaged material/packaging or labeling to appropriate staff in a timely manner
Partner with Drivers to ensure efficient loading and delivery of shipments
Expected Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of FIFO, OSHA requirements, safety awareness and hazardous material shipping
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Ability to learn internal database and software systems; proficient with near-miss and MSDS, UPS, FedEx and dedicated Logistics system
Effectively communicate cross-functionally
Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in a warehouse environment, including experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, pick/pack
Associate's degree

Role Summary:
Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, special events, upcoming attractions, pricing, promotions, etc. The Team Member strives to ensure the highest quality in everything served. Being familiar with the operation, this individual will answer guest questions while ensuring a heroic guest experience. Additionally, Team Members may work cross functionally as an Usher, Box Office or Concessionist as staffing needs require. Each Team Member must be able to perform the essential job functions of these positions.
Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibility of a Theatre Team Member include, but are not limited to, the following:
Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register
Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium
Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system, studio admittance policy, and company policy
Provides pricing, movie, specialist event, alternative movie selections, and general theatre information
Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional and quality customer service manner
Conducts theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums
Keeps theatre property clean and free from debris (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, exits, parking lot, etc.)
Prepares food and properly operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment
Consistently wipes down and sanitizes Employee and Guest high-contact areas
Complies with all local, state, and federal food safety laws
Monitors safety and security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports to management
Assists with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requires regular and consistent attendance
Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
Provides excellent Guest service
Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities. Must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Ability to take and follow direction
Responds with a sense of urgency
Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking and reaching around the theater.
Noise level may be moderate to high at times.
Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.

As a General Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, shipment and production process of materials according to all established Company and regulatory policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely receipt and shipping of all materials following FIFO and potential freight claim or back order procedures while supporting all freight and safety policies
Receive, unload and process inbound material and shipments; stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments
Perform a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product; move, store and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts
Understand and comply with applicable DOT, EPA, OSHA and specific HS&E requirements
Maintain a safe, clean working environment
Accurately maintain shipping and receiving related information
Communicate potential stockouts, damaged material/packaging or labeling to appropriate staff in a timely manner
Partner with Drivers to ensure efficient loading and delivery of shipments
Expected Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of FIFO, OSHA requirements, safety awareness and hazardous material shipping
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Ability to learn internal database and software systems; proficient with near-miss and MSDS, UPS, FedEx and dedicated Logistics system
Effectively communicate cross-functionally
Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Associate's degree
Forklift certification
Physical Requirements for a General Warehouse Team Member:
Moderate to heavy physical activity; ability to independently lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to walk and/or stand for entire length of shift; regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, or crawl; may be required to sometimes sit, climb, or balance
Ability to reach, grasp, push and pull with hands and arms
Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus; hand-eye coordination
