Duties/ Responsibilities:
Interacts with Teammembers, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
Delivers "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer that visits our cafe ́.
Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies.
Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe ́'s standards.
Uses our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.
Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe.
Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe ́.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Key Responsibilities
Perform various hands-on production duties including assembly, operating equipment, welding, or coil repair depending on assignment.
Follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure quality and accuracy.
Operate machinery safely and efficiently; perform basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
Conduct visual and quality checks throughout production stages.
Communicate effectively with teammembers and supervisors to meet production goals.
Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements to maintain a safe workplace.
Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required - training provided.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
Open availability required - business hours and schedules may change based on production needs.
Shift Information
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
All new hires start on 2nd Shift unless discussed.
Overtime may be required, including early start times or later end times.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
