The Office of Information and Instructional Technology is seeking an **Endpoint Support Associate** to deliver technical support services to campus constituents, ensuring timely problem resolution, seamless system/data access, and optimal system performance. The Associate works with IT peers to deliver the Windows 11 update to all computer devices belonging to College of Veterinary Medicine and are supported by our department. cooker, dough machine, pizza oven, stove etc.).
• Functions independently to prepare adequate product according to predetermined production
schedules or requirements.
• Correctly maintains all displayed steam table items according to Sbarro Recipe Manual and
Sbarro Product Cards while maintaining local health requirements.
• Correctly rotates all new and prepared products in a FIFO (first-in, first-out) manner.
• Follows established food safety time and temperature controls and cost control systems,
including employee food policy and waste guidelines.
Dishwasher
• Maintains sink area, dining room tables and seating, floors, service stations, restrooms and trash
receptacles, including doors, shelves and racks in a clean and sanitized manner in accordance
with restaurant procedures and standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes all restaurants' trays, pots, pans, pans and other utensils, with the
exception of knives using prescribed methods and procedures.
• May be required to wash, clean and sanitize restaurant storage areas including walk-in freezers
and refrigerator using prescribed methods and procedures.
• Serves customers on an as needed basis within their assigned station, following prescribed
methods and within prescribed standards for guest service. This includes greeting, serving
procedures, checking for guest satisfaction in accordance with the standards.
• Completes cleaning and stocking duties in accordance with appropriate operating procedures.

Mechanical Testing:
+ Perform daily walk arounds to prior to testing

Columbus Forge/Disk duties for Tool Services TeamMember include:

Perform highly diversified duties in industrial and facilities to maintain automotive production, process, and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Timely response to production line breakdown, resolve problems and issues in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
* Provide support in a variety of industrial or manufacturing technology skill areas including Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulics, Mechanical, Motor Controls/PLC, Pneumatics, Robotics, Welding, and other industrial processing systems.
* Conduct machine install and setup, problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair.
* Follow company safety policies and procedures, such as lock out tag out.
* Perform routine preventative maintenance of machinery as scheduled.
* Perform work in assigned area in plant operations.
* Comply with and promote company practices in the areas of SQECP (Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Cost, People).
* Collaborate with TeamMembers, Team Leader, Group Leader and/or other members of KIA GEORGIA management to coordinate product flow, reduce downtime, and provide effective countermeasures to breakdowns.
* Understand the KIA WAY and the KIA GEORGIA Georgia Production System and follow.
* Attend all required training as assigned.
* Support and encourage a professional TeamMember work environment.
* Build and maintain good working relationships with TeamMembers.
* Interact with others to resolve quality issues; implement repair/containment procedures for repetitive quality defects; notify management and/or affected teams or departments in a timely manner as required.
* Be flexible in work to support continuous improvement activities that will ensure personal and company growth.
* Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Qualifications & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
* Job-related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Ability to perform physical and exertional tasks and meeting other essential position requirements including social and physical environmental factors.
* Position may require occasional travel (domestic and/or foreign).
* Flexibility in working hours including ability to work day, evening and night rotating shifts, daily overtime, weekends, and holidays.
