May be required to press, bond, solder, flare, strip, clamp, sand, weld, mount/takedown or inspect for appearance, gauging of parts by “no-go” or “go” gauges and set fixtures. After initial training, shows the ability to consistently meet daily production goals while building a high-quality product, part or subassembly to specification. Set up, operates, perform minor maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment. Follow department procedures on material replenishment. Assists in training of manufacturing personnel. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance. Must be able to work flexible hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate well with others. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or Minimum of one (1) year manufacturing or production related experience. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read, write, interpret, comprehend and consistently follow specifications written in English. Ability to successfully demonstrate visual accuracy through company-approved program. Displays a positive attitude. Able to work flexible and/or extended hours. Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities. Training Requirements: On-the-Job, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) required for position, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Physical Demands: (if applicable) Ability to work under magnification for long periods of time. Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 30 lbs. (over 30 lbs. with assistance). Repetitive use of hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and/or perform repetitive hand/wrist movement. Work Environment: (if applicable) May require some exposure to chemicals used in manufacturing processes. Some minor physical inconvenience or discomfort occasionally present in the work situation (moderate noise, disagreeable odors, etc.). Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.     Job Description Restaurant Team Member (Morning Shift) Franchisee Organization/Location: Johnstown/ Gloversville Reports To: Restaurant Manager A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Responsibilities Include: Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems Follow food safety standards Prepare food and beverages Assemble and package orders Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions Maintain a clean and organized workstation Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable) Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests Serve and communicate with guests Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Education/Experience: None Key Competencies Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to change Guest focused Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Standing on feet Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable) Working in a small space Each franchise organization is an independent employer and thus responsible for making its own recruiting, hiring, and employment-related decisions.
