The Responsibilities A Support Associate works within the store team to help achieve store sales and inventory goals. The Support Associate partners with the management and sales team to ensure a seamless flow between front and back of house. This role should be well versed in standard operating procedures and provide customers with utmost customer service. Collaborate with all team members to support a superior shopping experience Ensure client needs are quickly and effectively met for overall customer satisfaction Uphold merchandise standards and maintain visual directive. Be present on and off the floor as a Theory Brand Ambassador The Essentials 1+ years' prior work experience in a client-centric, sales, support, or back of house environment.
