Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations. Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe. Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer. Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
