Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of building and grounds per specifications, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, buffing floors, vacuuming, washing windows, cleaning restrooms, emptying garbage, and cleaning of furniture and fixtures. In addition, painting when required. Performs setups for meetings and events. Maintain maintenance equipment and storage areas in an orderly manner. Occasional use of snow blower and application of calcium chloride at entrances and sidewalks. Receive and distribute deliveries. Other duties as assigned by facilities manager and church administrator. Required Skills & Experience High school diploma/GED. Prior maintenance experience preferred. General knowledge of janitorial supplies and their application. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid Michigan drivers license and reliable transportation; CDL license is a plus.
