What you'll be doing
Participate in daily written and verbal reports up to Senior Manager level.
Developing process plans for battery production lines within the Battery PE department with direct support from the Manager.
Working in a collaborative team environment (supporting other Engineers, Construction Management Group, Technicians, Vendors, General Contractors, etc.) to achieve project milestones.
Equipment procurement, installation planning to execution, commissioning, pre-production trials, and launch of battery production lines.
Participate in advanced cleanliness protocols (clean room) necessary for assigned area of battery manufacturing.
Lead and/or support equipment trials at vendors prior to shipping and on the manufacturing floor after installation ensuring all targets are met for safety, quality and productivity.
Support shop floor-level implementation of network systems, which includes andon and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), as well as connectivity to higher level IT-managed systems, i.e. Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM).
Support battery network system plans and specifications, applying knowledge of OPC-UA, CC-Link, SQL, and SCADA system implementation.
Configuring manufacturing equipment PLCs (primarily Mitsubishi) for network systems connectivity using SLMP, Ethernet TCP, and Ethernet IP protocols.
Punchlist item identification, root cause analysis, and countermeasure management
KPI summarization, mass-production handover, and production issues support
Cross-functional team engagement (domestic and international) to discuss open items and key project schedules/milestones.
Creating and maintaining detailed schedules for assigned areas.
Maintain budgets for assigned areas.
Completing internal and external training
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or similar technical field.
3+ years of equivalent professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in production preparation and execution of capital projects, preferably from initial strategy planning to the start of mass production.
Project management experience dealing with capital investments greater than $0.5M.
Experience in creating and maintaining detailed schedules including milestone achievement for manufacturing equipment installation.
Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings including building facilities and process equipment drawings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Proficiency with 2D and 3D drafting software such as AutoCAD.
PLC experience including the ability to Read, interpret and modify.
Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods (such as July and December shutdown) as needed, based on project condition and schedule.
SQL / Oracle or other database experience.
Experience with Cisco networks and maintain a machine network.
Experience using Ignition for programming Andon visualization and other tools.

Summary
This position is responsible for analyzing, configuring, maintaining, and training for systems and applications (Adaptive Planning and Workday Finance) within the Finance Division. Essential Functions:
* Configures and administers Adaptive Planning and Workday Finance to meet campus stakeholder requirements. Maintains all Adaptive Planning configurations, including planning models and dimensions. Analyzes and documents business processes and needs, understands the scope of modifications, creates effective design specifications, and participates in the development and testing/evaluation of system design, integration and reporting efforts.
* Provides project management expertise for supported units for system implementations and business process enhancements. Develops detailed plans, ensures targets are being met and communicates with customers on a routine basis. Maintains a continuous Adaptive Planning / Workday-related improvement roadmap that is scheduled and executed.
* Manages the integrations between Adaptive Planning and Workday (as well as other external systems) to ensure that data is flowing efficiently and correctly between the systems. Performs data clean-up activities when data becomes out of sync.
* Evaluates system impact as a result of available upgrades, including patches/fixes, and business change requests. Leads discussions with users to assist them with understanding impacts and how to appropriately perform user acceptance testing for upgrades. Performs testing in collaboration with users, Information Systems, and third parties for supported application upgrades and any business process enhancements.
* Leads the investigation and resolution of application issues encountered by users. Logs support incidents to software vendor and coordinates timely problem resolution with user and/or Information Systems staff as needed. Acts as a Workday Named Support Contact.
* Develops user documentation and trains users on supported applications for both the initial rollout and new features and enhancements implemented during upgrades. Provides advanced end user system support and troubleshooting.
* Develops, maintains and reviews application security access for departmental and campus users to ensure internal controls are maintained systematically and data is protected from unauthorized access. Accountable for executing and getting approval for Adaptive Planning security reviews on a rolling basis (e.g. weekly, quarterly and annual reviews). Participates in Audit Services reviews.
* Participates in all appropriate governance groups, including the Workday Finance Workstream. Meets regularly with the Controller's Office, Human Resources (particularly HRIS) and Information Systems to ensure that a strong relationship exists with these important partners.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Bachelor's degree preferably in a business, accounting or computer science-related major and at least ten years of experience implementing and/or maintaining ERP systems and related applications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong knowledge and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities in order to properly support the Adaptive application.
* Knowledge of ERP systems and in particular Adaptive Planning and Workday (including the Finance module, business process framework and security). Knowledge of Workday-related third-party tools.

As a Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of defining, developing, and being responsible for verification and validation test processes for various applications, contributing to the evolution of advanced mobility and beyond. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to write, manage, standardize, and implement Integration Test
Procedures, Integration Test Reports, and System Verification Reports for vehicle
systems.
• Collaborate closely with vehicle system experts, including control systems engineers, software and
hardware engineers, and sensor technology experts to conduct, integrate, verify, and validate vehicle
systems and subsystems as part of test.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in systems engineering industry standards and guidelines,
MBSE tools for requirements generation, verification, validation, and integrate relevant innovations and
procedures into system integration and the test environment.
• Assist in coordination of activities with the test team, vehicle system teams, Program Management,
Flight Test, Certification Authorities, Consultants, and Suppliers.
• Support discussions with regulatory agencies and certification authorities from the USA and other
countries, related to systems integration and test, verification, and validation.
• Development, maintenance, and configuration control of test requirements and test procedures with an
emphasis on repeatability, regression, and automation.
• Participate and contribute to the development of vehicle system test plans and strategy for verification,
to include verification requirements, test methods, pass/fail criteria, corrective actions, and system
means of compliance.
• Responsible for the development of validation plans and metrics for evaluating system effectiveness,
operational suitability, sustainability, and survivability of vehicle systems under intended operational
environments
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in systems engineering, verification and
validation, and test.
• Strong proficiency in systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Cameo Systems
Modeler or equivalent, JIRA, Confluence, Github, Bitbucket, Teamcenter, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of requirements verification traceability including generation of
RVTM's for verification methods, results, and resolution.
• Experience defining system requirements, architecture and interfaces for Fly-By-Wire
• Previous involvement with developing and managing certification plans, test plans,
and qualification campaigns for FBW systems in an integrated lab environment.
• Hands-on experience with regulation/certification processes (FAA, EASA,etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
• Exposure to ARP5754, DO-178, DO-254 preferred.

General VMO:
