Who You Are: You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical field. 2-4 years of satellite systems engineering experience with DoD, NASA, or commercial space programs. At least 2 years in management, project leadership, or team leadership roles. Proficiency with requirements tracking and management. Proficiency with Model Based Systems Engineering and requirements tracking tools such as CAMEO and DOORS is a plus. Systems Engineers will be expected to have completed training for these tools within the 1st year. Hands-on experience with hardware/software interfaces, aerospace drawings, and GD&T standards.
