**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. + Occasionally required to:
+ Climb stairs or ladders.
+ Twist the upper torso.
+ Stand for long periods without a break.
+ Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
+ Lift and push/pull up to 50 pounds over a distance of 15 feet.
Work Environment
The employee is regularly exposed to both indoor and outdoor conditions with a moderate noise level. Indoor conditions may also include exposure to heat, cold, water, cleaning chemicals, grease, and oil.
