Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, or HR certification is a plus. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office, warehouse, and manufacturing environment with some travel. Relocation may be required. EXPERIENCE: 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering or technical recruiting. Proven ability to source for specialized and leadership roles. Demonstrated track record of building diverse candidate pipelines. Experience managing recruitment metrics and driving process improvements.
