What You Will Do As a member of our Americas Sales Operations team, you will: * Provide New Year Readiness support for Americas Software and Services, assisting in preparations and process updates for the upcoming fiscal year. * Support goaling, bookings, and pipeline reporting to ensure sales targets and progress are tracked accurately. * Conduct sales data analysis and assist in the development of monthly business requirements documentation. * Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (using platforms such as Centro, Salesforce, FinBI, and HANA) to deliver actionable business insights to sales and leadership teams. * Collaborate with SW/Svcs leaders and cross-functional teams to develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics. * Support sales leaders with "run-the-business," "report-the-business," and "change-the-business" activities by providing data, reports, and operational assistance. * Assist with compensation support activities, helping to ensure accurate and timely processing. * Help gather business requirements, create mockups, and contribute to quarterly and monthly business reviews. * Participate in sales enablement activities and operational efficiency projects, working closely with various stakeholders. Research & Knowledge Gathering: * Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday capabilities within assigned Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules, including Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Learning, Payroll, Performance Enablement, Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Talent Optimization, Time Tracking, Financial Accounting, Grants Management, Expenses, Procurement, Adaptive Planning, Budget, and Banking & Settlement. * Understand the touchpoints between various areas, including those within Workday HCM/Payroll, Workday Finance, Workday Student, and other integrated systems. * Through a combination of training, research, and networking, maintain knowledge of current and upcoming system capabilities and explore how to best leverage them. * Review release notes for weekly and bi-annual system updates to identify impacts, opportunities for enhancements, and testing and communication needs. System Testing: * Structure and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data, and test scripts) for executing unit, end-to-end, regression, and/or acceptance testing. * Identify internal and external resources to collaborate with during testing based on potential impacts of changes. * Manage acceptance testing with business users, performing system configuration, reporting, and integration testing. * Evaluate functionality, performance, and fit-for-use to ensure solutions meet business requirements and defined constraints are controlled. Reporting and Data Analysis: * Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for functional areas and end users. * Collaborate with College Reporting and Integrations teams on the development of college-wide reports and integrations, including design and testing. * Perform ad-hoc data requests for employees, understanding the user requirements as well as the applicable fields and objects which meet these requirements. * Gather, interpret, and report on data for state and federal reporting. * Maintain data integrity by performing system and data audits. Minimum Qualifications Education and/or Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field required * Five or more years of recent related experience, to include: * Demonstrated system configuration experience and a working knowledge of system design and development techniques within Workday or an equivalent ERP system * Experience with HR/Payroll/Financial operations, preferably within Higher Education * Experience working and communicating effectively with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional colleagues across a diverse employee base. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data, economics or related field preferred. 5+ years of professional experience with a manufacturing or distribution organization in business analytics, operations strategy, consulting or related field, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and continuous improvement. Experience in financial modeling, analysis, and visualization including but not limited to cash flow, financial modeling and analysis and financial planning systems and ERP platforms (e.g. Infor M3, OneStream, Power BI, SQL, Tableau).
