* Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account * Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator * Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review * Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision * Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team) * Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients * Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals * First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager * Obtain/maintain license This is a remote eligible position.
