Bachelor's Degree in related fields (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science) is required, with a master's degree preferred
10+years of relevant experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods/Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
Proven experience of leading and managing high functioning technology teams that include customer-facing sales systems, performance management, mentoring and development
Previous experience with digital transformation within sales
Strong Understanding of CPG Customer and Commercial Sales Processes
Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Route-To-Market (RTM), Marketing, and Data/Sales Insights solutions and software
Experience with Salesforce CRM (Contact Center, RetailEx, FSL), and other payment systems and solutions
Previous experience leading technology implementations
Previous experience with AI-Driven Sales Analytics
Previous project management experience to include implementations of new software, planning, execution and risk management
