Coordinate with fabricators, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to relevant contractual requirements and industry standards.
Address customer concerns and ensure erected steel structures meet all applicable quality and contractual standards.

Work Environment:

The Programming Producer is responsible for driving execution across high profile programming in AMR, our largest region. In this role, you will drive ownership of the AMR plan of record, balancing the needs of the business with our ability to deliver. Responsibilities:
Design and lead quarterly and annual strategic planning process in partnership with Customer Engagement Lead, creating a system to align programming to business priorities across 11 flagship stores in AMR
Co-ordinate and execute fully integrated campaigns spanning in-store and online events and marketing, including all documentation and management of event production schedules
Liaise with in-store resources to collect daily status updates, managing, mitigating and escalating risks
Act as a strategic and creative advocate for overall quality, ensuring quality assurance for all deliverables
Directly produce our most complex programs with high profile talent and partners, ensuring flawless execution from planning, production, publishing and assessment
Lead quarterly reporting assessing performance across the geo in partnership with Customer Engagement Lead, collecting data and building reports that facilitate insights gathering for future programming strategy
Architect a quarterly budget projecting spend across programming and production; manage day to day spend including overseeing invoice and payment schedules
Liaise with talent and design session experience in line with program strategy, as well as partnering with our store programming team on session execution
Work directly with Business affairs and Legal in regard to all talent and key parters
Share updates and inform key partners and stakeholders throughout the project both within AMR and with our Worldwide partners
Minimum Qualifications
5-10 years working in the event, entertainment industry or marketing spaces
5+ years in managing high profile events and partnerships, working with emerging and established talent, delivering a broad spectrum of output including series content/formats, experiential and live
Experience working with extraordinary brands, innovation, large cross functional teams and an understanding of the logistics for programming of all types
Experience navigating and executing multiple large-scale projects with high visibility simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications

About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive ProjectManager to support the Marketing team in all marketing deliverables related to product launches and marketing campaigns. This is a projectmanagement position; you will coordinate and update timelines, manage ASANA projects, and drive communication across licensed and hemp channels-ensuring alignment and prioritization of marketing efforts in accordance with new product launches and marketing campaigns. You will report to the Director of Product.
We would also like the ProjectManager to help oversee, update, and maintain the Marketing Budget as we move through the year. You will not be responsible for generating the budget, but rather assisting marketing leadership in regular audits, i.e. budget vs. actual, and making regular updates per marketing leadership to ensure that the budget remains accurate in our systems, and reflects real performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
Projectmanage and track work progress on all marketing deliverables related to product launches and marketing campaigns.
Communicate proactively with Marketing leaders, including: Brand Director, Trade Director, Art Director, and CMO to ensure timelines for marketing deliverables are met.
Operate in ASANA to manage the marketing section of all new product launches, and marketing campaigns. Organize, update, and maintain the marketing section of all product launch and campaign boards.
Coordinate key weekly meetings between marketing, product, and operations leaders to ensure prioritization of efforts, including but not limited to: graphic design resources, packaging design, marketing asset development, merchandise etc..
Take detailed meeting notes and track action items.
Maintain shared product tools and trackers (e.g., Asana, Google Sheets, Shared Drives)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market activities
Prepare presentation materials for internal updates, product briefings and market reports
Act as a communication hub between product leaders and the marketing team.
Assist in maintenance and coordination of the marketing budget. Work with Marketing leadership to help organize, maintain, and update the budget in accordance with marketing leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
ASANA Foundations Skills Badge & ASANA Workflow Specialist Certification is required for this position. These are offered by ASANA on the ASANA website; completion of these courses will be required prior to your start date.
3-5 years of experience in projectmanagement roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Excel & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in cannabis, CPG, food & beverage, or regulated industries
Understanding of product lifecycle, commercialization, or competitive analysis
Interest in cannabis product trends, formulations, or wellness categories
PMP (ProjectManagement Professional) certification or equivalent projectmanagement training

The hiring range for this position in California is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

We are seeking an experienced Senior ProjectManager to lead offshore delivery for a greenfield, frontend-heavy digital Learning Management System for a US-based automotive client. This role requires a strong technology background, hands-on project execution skills, and an excellent grasp of AI-enabled tools, CMS integrations, and modern projectmanagement practices.
The PM will be responsible for hands-on project planning, delivery governance, and execution, while enabling seamless collaboration between onsite and offshore teams to deliver predictable outcomes within fixed scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end offshore delivery for the LMS program, covering scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
Establish and run project governance with US-based customer stakeholders, including weekly/bi-weekly status reviews, risk reviews, and executive governance meetings.

Lead release planning, UAT coordination with US customer teams, and production readiness.
Required Skills & Experience
14-16 years of experience, with deep experience as a Senior ProjectManager delivering complex digital platforms.
Strong technical background, especially in frontend-intensive application development built from scratch.
Hands-on experience in project planning, execution, governance, and delivery tracking.
Solid understanding of AI tools, GenAI concepts, and AI-assisted delivery workflows.
Proven experience with CMS platforms and enterprise integrations.
Expertise in Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery models.
Strong experience managing fixed scope, budget, and timeline engagements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience working with US-based customers in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
