Milestone is seeking to engage a Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst with windows administration expertise to join our Enterprise Benchtop Services team for a minimum of a 1-year assignment. The IS Analysts will work closely with scientific functional groups to install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot lab workstation hardware and software. Service will typically be provided during normal business hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday -Friday, excluding Holidays and Shutdowns. However, some work may be required to be performed before or after these hours.

Lab Data Remediation: Configure data management software to automate movement of data from lab instrument computer systems to Amgen enterprise file shares.
General Ticket Resolution via ServiceNow: Actively respond to incidents and requests for all laboratory software and systems. Perform system administration of both local and enterprise laboratory software and systems including: user account management, licensing management, Tier 1 incident response and troubleshooting.
Documentation: Use ServiceNow to track service requests and/or escalate issues when necessary and to keep asset inventory up-to-date.
Physically inventory laboratory computers and reconcile with laboratory inventory system
Support corporate deployments of anti-virus, software patches to laboratory computers

You'll work one-on-one with clients in their home, school, or one of our welcoming clinics. Each day, you'll help your client learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in a fun, supportive, and meaningful way. What your day might look like:

Qualifications - What We Are Looking ForMinimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (paid or unpaid)
Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds, sit, and run as needed.
Reliable source of transportation
Must be comfortable commuting 20 miles or 30 minutes to client sessions
Passion for working with children, youth, and young adults with developmental disabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree
ABA experience or RBT Certified
CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults
Experienced and comfortable managing a wide variety of maladaptive behaviors, ranging anywhere from non-compliance, elopement, verbal and physical aggression, self-injurious behaviors, etc.

Responsibilities:
Provide IT helpdesk support to users at The Oaks Mall management office and remote office locations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10/11 computers.
Conduct onboarding for new hires, including hardware setup and training sessions to ensure effective use of IT systems and tools.
Manage and resolve issues related to mall security cameras.
Assist users with remote support for technical issues.
Monitor and respond to tickets within the company's IT ticketing system.
Maintain IDF rooms and IT equipment in clean condition.
Provide technical guidance to end-users on IT tools, systems, and processes.
Continuously identify and recommend improvements to helpdesk processes for greater efficiency and user satisfaction.
Help write and maintain IT knowledgebase documentation.
Monitor and manage IT assets, maintaining accurate inventory records and addressing hardware and software needs proactively.
Assist with cyber security remediation efforts, including patching vulnerabilities and enforcing information security best practices.
Travel to our HQ office in Los Angeles and to other office locations including out of state when requested.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment.
Proficiency with Office 365 applications.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Capable of troubleshooting and replacing computer hardware.
Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom and MS Teams).
Familiarity with VOIP systems.
Patching and mounting network equipment on racks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra
Some knowledge of Windows Server operating system.
Some knowledge of Audio/Visual systems.
Experience with ConnectWise Automate Ticketing system or similar platforms is not required but preferred.
