IT Operations Field Specialist,

You Will:
Collaborate with operational leadership and other partners to assess and deliver on functional needs of the business in relation to hardware and software standards.

Enter, monitor and complete all entries in the Support Desk tracking system, which includes stating the issue(s), listing all troubleshooting steps, providing a resolution and marking the records as complete.
Communicate frequently with business leadership to have understanding of ongoing and future projects to ensure that the IT team is prepared to assist when needed.
Visit sites (not frequently required for after- hours support) and offices to check in with the managers and all other users to find new and resolve active issues.
Assist with installation, relocation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of phones, desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
Interact with IT Operations Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in other IT teams such as Clinical Applications, IS Admins, Service Desk and Infrastructure to resolve user issues and further develop understanding of systems, applications and workflows.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all the equipment and systems supported by the IS Service Desk by keeping current with all documentation and by participating in continuing education programs.
Utilize industry best practices to maintain appropriate level of LAN/WAN and computer systems security as established. Identify and work with IS Admins support staff to rectify any noted deficiencies.
Assist in maintaining oversight of all IS inventory stock; including ordering, receiving, tracking, and deployment.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, maintain acceptable cable management practices and clean work area/computer rooms.
Evaluate existing systems and/or user/business needs to analyze, design, recommend and implement system updates and/or changes.
Monitor and maintain computer rooms, while keeping a working knowledge of the configuration and purpose of the equipment in each room.
Collaborate with vendors (Network, Voice Team, etc.) to escalate issues and create service tickets in their external ticketing system. Communicate and deliver resolution to end users.
Configure, monitor and support internal and external networks.
Provide end user support with application functionality and escalate issues as needed.
Image desktops and laptops. Build computers or change out computer parts.

The Event Houseperson is responsible for the physical setup, maintenance, and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all event requirements are met according to the Event Order. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a team-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Review Banquet/Event Orders and assignment sheets prior to each event to understand setup, menu flow, service order, and special requirements
Set up, maintain, and break down event spaces according to Event Orders, including tables, chairs, staging, and equipment
Ensure all event supplies and equipment are available, functioning properly, and stored safely when not in use
Lift, move, and store tables, chairs, staging, and event materials efficiently and safely
Maintain cleanliness of event spaces, hallways, storage, and service areas before, during, and after events
Perform detailed cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, wiping, polishing, and sanitizing event areas
Wash dishes and assist with post-event cleanup as needed
Inspect equipment before, during, and after events; report unsafe conditions or needed repairs to a supervisor
Inventory event materials and supplies at the beginning of shifts and obtain necessary items to support business levels
Clear tables and break down function rooms following the completion of food service
Monitor guest areas, respond courteously to requests, and communicate changes or issues to the Event Supervisor
Follow all winery policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and liquor regulations
Assist other departments and team members as needed to ensure seamless guest service
Complete assigned side work and end-of-shift duties
Attend mandatory meetings and maintain regular attendance per scheduling needs
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to stand and remain active for the entire shift
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance as required)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Food Handler Certification required
Banquet or event setup experience is a plus
Strong communication skills; able to interact professionally with guests and staff
Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming, and uniform compliance
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
