Position Summary:
RLM Underground seeks a highly skilled and experienced Fiber Splicer to execute fiber optic construction projects and splicing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of fiber optic networks, adhering to industry standards and project requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of fiber optic infrastructure, construction practices, and splicing techniques.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Splice single-mode and multi-mode fiber using fusion splicers.
Perform mechanical splicing when required.
Ensure proper handling and storage of fiber optic cables and related equipment.
Conduct quality control inspections to verify splicing work meets industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve splicing-related issues.
Review splice diagrams, construction prints, and network schematics.
Follow fiber routing plans and identify proper splice locations.
Install fiber enclosures, terminals, and patch panels for both aerial and underground projects.
Maintain and repair fiber optic infrastructure as needed.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings, splice records, and test results.
Performs other duties as required.
Some travel may be required, depending on the project.
This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity based in Springfield, KY, 40069.

As a Field Service Representative, you'll have responsibility for Mobile Service Team activities on gas turbine powered aircraft, technical troubleshooting, problem solving, engine changes and engine repairs in the field. The incumbent can be based anywhere in the United States.
What you'll do:

Perform inspection, airframe interface, ground operation, troubleshooting, adjustment and repair of engines and related accessories, as installed in customer aircraft per manufacturer's instructions.
Accomplish duties in a manner that presents an image of professionalism to the customer and their agents that is the embodiment of service assistance in conforming the results to the manufacturer's approved modification specifications in engines and related accessories.
Proficiently perform the attachment of Powerplant "Quick Engine Change" components and installation of the powerplants in the aircraft as well as the installation of propellers, governors, and engine related accessories.
Monitor tooling calibrations for any equipment used to perform designated tasks.
Perform any appropriate inspection they are certified to perform following completion of engine repairs and modifications and the inspection of powerplants following their installation into the aircraft for final acceptance and release to service.
Make airworthiness determinations and providing suitable certification for the work performed including the Final Inspection and “Release to Service” of any work accomplished within the Repair Station's Rating either at the Repair Station or at any other location.
Position Requirements:
Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally with peers, clients, and public.
Ability to get along with co-workers and peers.
Maintenance of regular attendance and punctuality within customary tolerances.
Looking for maintenance professionals who hold an A&P license with well-developed technical knowledge on any of these specific types and models of TFE731 / PT6A / PW300 / PW500 / JT15D / Spey / Tay / HTF7000 / GTCP 36 APU / BR710 / CFM56 / LEAP / CF34 / AE3007 / CFE738 aircraft turbine engines.
College degree OR high school graduate with technical vocational training and knowledge normally achieved through graduation from a university, trade school or military aircraft maintenance program, or an equivalent apprenticeship program.
Must possess effective written and verbal communications skills.
Must have proper hand tools.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
Must have A&P License.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Should be able to demonstrate PC proficiency in MS Word and Excel as well as learn any corporate or industry software used by the position.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently
Must have a valid passport or be able to obtain one
Must be authorized to work in the US.

Position Summary:
The Technician II performs all the duties of the Technician I with more advanced knowledge/experience to include, but not limited to: diagnoses and repairs heavy construction equipment. Responsibilities include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs. The technician uses diagnostic tools to detect faults in electronics, hydraulics, power train engines, engines, and overall machine performance, occasionally operating machines for assessment. They also disassemble and assemble machine components according to manufacturer specifications using hand and pneumatic tools.
What You Will Do:
The primary responsibility of the technician is to diagnose construction equipment repair needs and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned machines as directed
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting
Detection of faults using diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments in all machine systems: electronics, hydraulics, power train, engines and general machine performance is expected. Occasional operation of machines in the determination of repair need or repair assessment may occur.
Disassemble and assemble machine components to manufacturer's specifications though the use of hand tools, pneumatic tools, and any specialized tooling provided by the company
Occasional use of basic welding equipment. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Research repair needs and order parts as needed.
Load or unload equipment or components from customer owned or common carrier vehicles.
Maintain better than average attendance, working overtime as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to five years' experience troubleshooting and repairing heavy equipment, Genie preferred. Experience in diagnosing equipment utilizing laptop computers, gauges, and instruments in all machine systems: electronics, hydraulics, power train, engines, and general machine performance is expected.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization.
Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills -- both oral and written, good work habits, above average math, science, and English skills, the ability to read and interpret machine schematics, self-motivation and a desire to perform at one's highest level.

Radiation Safety and Compliance:
