Present technical reports to communicate conclusions of trial work, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other technical topics using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint. Execute the testing and validation workstream for new systems, tooling packages, and NPD projects. Participate in technical meetings for project planning, project status and reviews, brainstorming sessions and improvements to the lab and processes. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to progress projects. Working knowledge of high-speed aluminum metal forming technologies, including drawing, coining, ironing and stamping. Minimum Requirements: Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college degree level education, engineering degree or work-related experience. Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.), with work experience in the metal packaging industry, either at plant or technical level with experience in high-speed metal forming technologies and experience with engineering/mechanical principles and practices. Working knowledge of high-speed metal forming technologies and experience with precision tooling/equipment and a working knowledge of GD&T.
