Jose Armario is Executive Vice President of Worldwide Supply Chain, Development, and Franchising for McDonald’s Corporation. In this role, Jose supports the global business in the creation and execution of their market development strategies, including market analytics, tools and metrics along with talent development support. McDonald’s Supply Chain is responsible for the procurement of all food, packaging, and premiums. Additionally, Jose’s role in leading Supply Chain includes oversight for global food safety and quality systems. Jose is also responsible for the company’s overall franchising strategy. Prior to assuming his current role, Jose served as Group President of McDonald’s Canada and Latin America, providing management oversight for the two regions in addition to his role leading international franchising. Having joined McDonald’s in 1996, Jose previously served as President of McDonald’s Latin America; Senior Vice President and International Relationship Partner for the Latin America region; and President of McDonald’s Chile. He is a member of the Board of Directors for USG Corporation, where he serves on the Audit & Compensation Committees; a director of the International Advisory Board and President’s Council of the University of Miami; the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He earned a Master’s degree in Professional Management at the University of Miami and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Miami Dade College.

John D. Cappasola, Jr. has served as a director and as our President and Chief Executive Officer since July 2017. From January 2017 to July 2017, Mr. Cappasola was our President and Chief Brand Officer. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Cappasola was our Executive Vice President and has held the position of Chief Brand Officer since February 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Cappasola served as Vice President of Marketing since being appointed to that position in March 2009. >From September 2008 to March 2009, he served as Vice President of Marketing Development. From August 2002 to September 2008, Mr. Cappasola held positions in marketing, strategic development, and operations at Blockbuster, Inc. of Dallas, Texas. Mr. Cappasola earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California Coast University.

Charles R. Morrison is Chairman of our board of directors and has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2012, and a member of our board of directors, since September 2012. Prior to joining Wingstop, Charlie was Chief Executive Officer of Rave Restaurant Group, a publicly traded international pizza chain, from January 2007 to June 2012. Charlie has also held multiple senior leadership positions during his more than 20 years of restaurant experience, including serving as President of Steak & Ale and The Tavern Restaurants for Metromedia Restaurant Group, as well as various management positions at Kinko’s, Boston Market and Pizza Hut.
