Bruce Baude was named EVP, chief operations and technology officer of CNO Financial Group in July 2012. In this role, he provides strategic leadership over CNO’s operations and IT functions. Mark Hetfield is President and CEO of HIAS, which is the oldest refugee organization in the world, founded in 1881 as the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society to welcome Jewish refugees fleeing to the United States.
