Mitchell J. Krebs was named President and CEO in July 2011. He joined Coeur in 1995 after spending several years in the investment banking industry in New York. Mr. Krebs has held various positions in the corporate development department, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. In March 2008, Mr. Krebs was named Chief Financial Officer, a position he held until being appointed President and CEO. He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University. Mr. Krebs has also served as a member of the board of directors of Kansas City Southern Railway Company since May 2017.

David Meyer is our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Meyer was a founder of the Company in 1980 and has been a director of the Company since its creation. From 1976 to 1980, Mr. Meyer was a partner in a Case and New Holland dealership with locations in Lisbon (started in 1977) and Wahpeton, North Dakota.

Sally Grimes is the Chief Executive Officer at Clif Bar & Company. Sally was previously chief innovation officer for The Hillshire Brands Company and also served as president of the Hillshire Brands Gourmet Food Group (GFG). Sally joined The Hillshire Brands Company in 2012 and was responsible for the company's innovation process, including identifying strategies, business opportunities and new technologies, as well as developing new capabilities with partners, new business models, and new industry structures to serve those opportunities. In addition, Sally oversaw the GFG, where she was responsible for gourmet artisanal brands, including Aidells®, Gallo Salame®, and Golden Island® jerky. Previously, Sally served as global vice president of marketing at Newell Rubbermaid, Inc., and spent ten years at Kraft Foods, Inc., in a variety of brand management positions, rising from associate brand manager to senior category business director. She began her career in banking. Sally received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. She was recognized by Fast Company as one of The ''100 Most Creative People in business 2012'' and by Ad Age as one of the ''24 Women to Watch in 2013.''

Eduard became Managing Director of Lotus Resources in June 2020. He has significant international executive experience in the mining and metals industry with a focus on operations, corporate development and strategy developed through his over 15-year career in the resources and financial industries. Prior to becoming MD, Eduard was responsible for uranium production, development and exploration in eight countries around the world, including Kazakhstan, the U.S. and Tanzania, and for the growth and management of the global nuclear utility order book at Uranium One Inc. based in Toronto, Canada. He helped drive the financial transformation of the business, refinancing over $500 million of debt with listings in Toronto, Luxembourg and Moscow exchanges, delivering more than $100 million in annual cost savings and maintaining cost-optimal production. Eduard served as Uranium One’s Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2019 and Manager of its Corporate Development and Corporate Projects Divisions from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, he held various senior positions at Royal Bank of Canada’s Strategy and Transformations Group and at KPMG’s Corporate Finance Group.

Rui Feng is a successful entrepreneur, explorer, and mine builder with over 25 years of global mining industry experience. His passion for discovery has led him to explore and acquire mineral opportunities worldwide. He was integral in discovering Jinshan Gold’s CSH Gold Mine in China in 2002, which was acquired by China Gold International. Dr. Feng founded Silvercorp in 2003 by acquiring early-stage properties in China. Through discovery and development, Silvercorp has become one of the most profitable Canadian mining companies, with multiple mines in China. As a director and former CEO of New Pacific Metals, Dr. Feng led the company to Bolivia in 2017 and acquired the Silver Sand project which has recently led to a significant discovery.
