Management and leadership skill aren’t so good. Being harassed constantly creates an issue hostile environment.

Pros of working at Thor Industries

THOR treats each of it’s subsidiaries as it’s own entity. They are allowed to run there own way. In Shipshewana we do business the old fashioned way, the right way. Just like when it was a private company. We still focus on quality over quantity!

Cons of working at Thor Industries

We don’t make as much money as some companies but the managers care about us like family. From the top down things are getting better.

Thor Industries benefits

Besides the 10% 401k match my plant manager buying us ice cream.
