Network with internal business partners, including accounting and other business partners, to address questions and resolve issues regarding the reporting of any potential tax liability and changes in the business operations.
Identify and assist with the implementation of income tax technology efforts, including process automation/improvements.
Assist Tax management with special projects, including time sensitive and confidential projects.
Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/related field. Accounting is preferred.
Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience. Preference given to candidates with over 5 years of experience supporting large, publicly traded corporate organizations.

Responsibilities - Service Tech:
Perform quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
Clearly write and communicate needed repairs/maintenance and the parts and time needed to repair
Repair broken or worn mechanical and technology components
Maintain repair and service records
Install equipment, components, and systems
Test vehicles both before and after repair
Repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures
Other duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Tech:
At least 2 years' Auto repair experience required!
Electrical experience / certification a huge plus!
ASE certification a Plus! We will certify!
Ability to be analytical and multi-task
Good work ethic
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily warehouse operations. The General Manager is responsible for driving performance across labor, productivity, quality, and safety while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all warehouse staff, including recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
Establish clear performance expectations; monitor, appraise, and review employee contributions.
Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, continuously seeking opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
Develop and execute action plans to meet production, quality, and customer service standards.

Ensure warehouse performance meets or exceeds KPIs, including on-time delivery, accuracy, and inventory turnover.

Serve as the primary contact for customer issues related to service, equipment, or onsite incidents, driving resolution and process improvements.
Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with inventory management to optimize utilization, maintain accurate data, and reduce costs.
Lead and support department managers and supervisors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proven leadership experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
Strong organizational, conflict management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to travel between Midwest locations as required.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Prolonged sitting with occasional lifting, climbing, crouching, or kneeling.
Standard warehouse environment with exposure to heavy machinery, noise, and fluctuating temperatures.
Combination of indoor and outdoor work as needed.
Full-time role, typically Monday-Friday, with flexibility for weekends or after-hours when required.
