Position Overview
The general role of a TowerTechnician III - Wireless Services is to safely and efficiently complete equipment installations, repairs, and upgrades at communications sites both on the ground and at elevated heights without direct supervision. In addition, the TowerTechnician III will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of up to 6 members.
This individual will represent Pillar Innovations in a safe, professional, and courteous manner. This position will require a flexible schedule which may include extensive travel, extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
The TowerTechnician III - Wireless Services will report to the Construction Manager - Wireless Services and will work primarily out of their assigned location.
What You'll Do
* Build customer infrastructure, such as tower erection, expansion, and upgrades to new and existing wireless networks (e.g., tower mods, L&A installs)
* Read and understand site documents such as Construction Drawings, Radio Frequency Data Sheets, Structural Analyses, Mount Analyses, Tower Modification Design Drawings, etc.
* Safely and efficiently complete equipment installations and upgrades at elevated heights
* Identify, troubleshoot, and correct equipment and network functionality
* Observe and report possible compound/equipment defects or hazards
* Document job costs, including labor hours and material in an accurate and timely manner
* Accurately follow instructions and complete assigned course of action in accordance with scope of work and methods of procedures (MOPs)
* Complete Material Inventory upon delivery
* Perform pre-work and post-work site audits
* Obtain written customer approval for change orders
* Operate Test Equipment (RF Sweep Gear, PIM, and Fiber Testing)
* Train and mentor lessor experienced team members
* Perform and oversee elevated work activities as required or directed
* Assist Foremen in the scheduling of labor, materials, and other job tasks
* Lead Wireless Services Tower team members as required (in absence of Foreman or Manager)
* Develop and execute rigging plans for hoisting operations per industry standards
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years of experience installing and maintaining cabling, antennas, microwave dishes, tower builds, site inspections, lighting systems, wireless carriers preferred

Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations.
Perform OSHA equivalent inspections; documenting and completing warranty work; troubleshooting breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance; and respond to emergency service/breakdown calls.

Education & Qualifications
2-5 years' troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment is required.

SPCT Technician
Genera is constructing a commercial scale facility in Vonore, Tennessee that will convert agricultural fibers into pulp for sale into the market and making molded fiber products such as disposable food containers and other paper products. This position will perform efficient and effective electrical and instrument maintenance activities in a way that maximizes safe production of quality products and minimizes cost and protects the environment. These tasks are to be performed on a day to day basis following site goals. Level will be determined by skill and ability. Shifts are varying and can be discussed at interview.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Allen Bradley PLC programming: Expertise in Allen Bradley programming, as well as Fannuc robot experience and 4-20 scaling capabilities. Candidate must be fluent with multi-meter processing and familiar with Endress houser instrumentation.
· Identifying and isolating faults: Systematically diagnosing issues in PLC-controlled machinery, identifying the root cause of malfunctions (e.g., sensor failures, wiring issues, motor problems, software glitches, communication errors).
· Utilizing diagnostic tools: Using PLC software (e.g., RSLogix, Siemens TIA Portal), multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment to pinpoint problems.

Job duties can be mentally and emotionally stressful at times given the complexity of the duties, management and supervision of staff and the clinical areas being addressed with the people being served. Close mental concentration and attention to detail are required. Physical activities require the ability to be mobile, sit, reach, bend, and be in front of groups and deliver training for extended periods. Some physical exertion and stamina is required, such as those required to transport training materials or to travel. Must have visual acuity, manual dexterity, and the ability to speak and hear. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Environment
The employee works primarily in a hospital, inpatient or outpatient clinical environment but may be required to work at other offices and locations. The work environment involves moderate risks of exposure to infectious disease, radiation, electrical hazards, and irritant chemical and explosive gases. Employees must strictly adhere to OSHA guidelines and protocol for maintaining sterile conditions. Some travel is required. Infrequent overnight travel may be required for meetings or to attend training.

In the case of an emergency, any member of the Medical Staff, to the degree permitted by his/her license, shall be permitted to do everything possible to save a patient's life or save a patient from serious harm, regardless of the individual's clinical privileges. This shall be defined as those situations in which a delay could result in serious harm or death and in which a more qualified member is not immediately available.
