The Maintenance Operations Administrator serves as the central support hub for the maintenance and fleet operations team. This role is responsible for managing maintenance documentation, invoices, filing systems, vendor coordination, and system updates while supporting the day-to-day needs of the maintenance crew. This position requires strong organization, independence, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate welding processes and techniques.

Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
