The pay for this role is $25.80 - $30.80 per hour. ***Please note: To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a current Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDP-T) license with the Washington State Department of Health. Requirements Conducts a self-assessment of skill levels related to Substance Use Disorder Professional practice, collaborating closely with the Clinical Supervisor to strengthen identified areas and complete necessary training hours for SUDP certification. Provides individual and group counseling services to individuals enrolled in programs at THS and/or its affiliates. Ensures service documentation is counter-signed by a certified SUDP. Serves as a leader or co-leader of therapy groups. Performs intake interviews/assessments as required, providing ongoing evaluation of individuals through the collection and synthesis of bio-psychosocial information. Develops and implements treatment plans and concurrent treatment plan reviews reflecting the participant's perspective. Implement measures to address inventory concerns when needed * Manage controllable expenses, making sure to place inventory orders while maintaining cost standards * Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal support teams * Oversee proper use of equipment, small wares, and products. Confirm all equipment is cleaned regularly and preventive maintenance is performed to ensure safety and functionality.
