Job Description The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced Program Management Support professional to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) within the Analysis Services Integrated Program Office (IPA). This role provides end-to-end program and acquisition lifecycle support for mission-critical analysis services that directly enable NGA's intelligence mission. As a trusted advisor to government leadership, you will help shape acquisition strategies, manage complex program documentation, support testing and agile execution, and provide analytical insight that informs key programmatic decisions across the Intelligence Community (IC). Key Responsibilities Acquisition & Program Lifecycle Support Develop, prepare, and present acquisition documentation for government approval, including: Acquisition Strategies Requests for Proposal (RFPs) Statements of Work (SOWs) and Statements of Objectives (SOOs) Task Descriptions (TDs) Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) Source Selection Plans, Evaluation Criteria, and Award Fee Plans Serve in an advisory role on source selection panels, document source selection findings, and support the government during protest defense activities as required. Develop and maintain artifacts supporting Milestone A and Milestone B efforts, including: Program Management Plan Acquisition Strategy Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Cybersecurity Strategy Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) Program Protection Plan (PPP) Life-Cycle Sustainment Plan Financial, Testing & Agile Support Prepare, review, and submit financial documentation and artifacts, including Air Force Form 9s and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) using PRISM or other agency systems.
