You will do this by being responsible for the experience on the fitness floor through delivering the best Dynamic Personal Training experience. You will also be responsible for delivering team member one on one's, selling training for our newer Fitness Professionals, coaching live client and member experience sessions, on-boarding of new team members, assisting in managing the connectivity and sales process, educating on all products and services, delivering your own personal production, and helping your team achieve their personal financial goals and those of the division.
