This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Tracking Manager. The salary range is $90,000 - $115,000. What You Will Do Supervising the tracking and monitoring of all claims from submission to resolution for a portfolio of SNF facilities. Ensure that claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers are accurately submitted, tracked, and followed up on in a timely manner. Oversee the monitoring of accounts receivable (AR) and ensure proper tracking of unpaid claims, payment statuses, and outstanding balances. Implement systems and processes to track the life cycle of claims and minimize billing errors and payment delays. Work to proactively resolve issues before they escalate, providing clients with clear communication on their billing status. Track and analyze denied claims, working with billing, clinical, and administrative teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Manage the timely resubmission of corrected claims and appeals to third-party payers, ensuring resolution of denial issues. Work closely with clients to address any documentation or coding errors that contribute to claim denials. Develop and refine workflows for tracking denials and appeals to ensure consistent follow-up and maximum reimbursement. Ensure compliance with third-party billing and regulatory requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and other payer-specific policies. Track regulatory deadlines and ensure SNF clients are aware of any changes in reimbursement models, billing practices, or compliance requirements. Lead a team of tracking specialists and coordinators who focus on third-party billing performance for multiple SNF clients. Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their knowledge of third-party billing, claims management, and regulatory compliance. Set performance goals for the team, monitor key metrics such as days in AR, claim resolution times, and denial rates. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure they are aware of their third-party billing performance and to address any concerns or issues. Provide reporting to clients that highlights key metrics such as claim approval rates, outstanding balances, and overall third-party payer performance. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track third-party claims performance across the portfolio of SNF clients. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in AR, collection rates, and denial trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership on third-party billing performance, reimbursement trends, and areas for process improvement. Work with the finance and revenue cycle teams to ensure alignment of third-party billing efforts with overall financial objectives. Other tasks and projects as needed and assigned. What it Takes to Join the Family Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in third-party billing, revenue cycle management, or a similar role in healthcare, with a focus on skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings. Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing third-party payer operations, particularly Medicare and Medicaid. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop solutions to improve billing performance. Proficiency with billing software systems and electronic health records (EHR). Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance. Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.     The Maintenance Supervisor provides hands-on leadership and technical expertise to support the maintenance team and ensure reliable operation of all plant equipment. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement of production machinery, safeguarding facility assets, and supporting the achievement of plant performance goals with a strong emphasis on safety. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures full compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including EPA, GMP, OSHA, NFPA, FDA, SQF, and other governing requirements. Primary Responsibilities Lead maintenance team in all areas of personnel safety with regards to all OSHA and NFPA regulations. Participate in activities regarding team member recruitment, training, professional development, and performance utilizing the department skills assessment. Manage time and attendance of technician staff to ensure proper coverage for production support. Prioritize maintenance activities by giving direction and support to maintenance technicians on preventative and emergent work on production equipment. Utilize CMMS maintenance system by scheduling Preventative maintenance and emergent work identifying potential solutions to improving equipment reliability. Track all machine downtime, delegate and prioritize tasks, maintain inventory of spares parts via proper transactions for use. Assist Operations management to achieve P&L goals, safety standards, performance goals, and customer service standards. Collaborates with CI and process engineering on capital projects (design and implementation, budget preparation) and process improvement projects. Responsible for facility maintenance: HVAC, electrical distribution, etc. Performs other job-related projects, duties and assignments as directed. Other duties may be assigned due to business needs or special circumstances as communicated. Interface with vendors and contractors providing services to the facility to ensure company needs are met. Quality Assurance Lead maintenance staff in all areas of food safety regarding GMP's HACCP and sanitation. Health and Safety Ensure that teams use safe work practices and that safe working conditions exist. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security. Minimum Requirements Education and/or Experience: H.S. diploma required. 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food processing and consumer packaged goods industries Degree or certifications in a maintenance related field preferred Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and sit, stand, bend and stoop according to job needs. Ability to operate a sit down forklift and scissor lift. Demonstrated understanding of food safety practices in a manufacturing environment preferred. Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus. Communication and Analytical Skills: Effective communication and listening skills Strong problem decision-making skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, trends and drive solutions. Ability to develop and determine proactive measures to increase equipment reliability. Make oneself available for department touch base between supervisors and manager. Other Skills and Abilities: Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft excel, word, outlook, ADP and CMMS system (MaintainX) to plan and close work orders) Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating dignity, respect, candor and commitment. Strong leadership and team building skills, promoting accountability and recognition of key team players. Demonstrated expertise in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a complex manufacturing environment. Ability to work shifts of up to 10 hours or more, including days or nights, and some weekends as business needs dictate.
