TRISTAR (formerly Tri Star Engineering Inc.) originally established in 1995 is a rapidly growing Veteran-Owned Small Disadvantaged Business with global headquarters in Bloomington, IN. TRISTAR was acquired by Mr.
Carlos first joined TRISTAR as a program manager 1998, and it was quickly apparent he was poised for bigger things.
The company was organically grown in Southern Indiana and located in Odon, IN and operations were relocated to Bedford, IN in 2000 to better support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division base.
In 2005 he pushed himself and the company to take risks opening offices currently in Arlington, VA, San Diego, CA and Virginia Beach, VA to better support their Navy customers and expanding the company’s footprint.
19 years and served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer before leaving in 2013.
Vince “Carlos” Gaitani in 2015, he had served previously as the Chief Operating Officer for the original company.
Carlos stepped into the chair of Chief Executive Officer and President opening the new TRISTAR company with a fresh brand image representing a different corporate culture built fostering an employee-focused collaborative environment in 2016.
