**Job Description**
U.S. Bank Global Fund Services ("GFS"), a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is one of the country's largest service providers for mutual funds and exchange-traded fund ("ETF"). The Regulatory Administrator position is part of the Regulatory Administration group within GFS, which supports the board governance of the series trusts sponsored by GFS and the preparation and maintenance of fund clients' registration statements and proxy statements. Huntington Community Bank President, Regional Banking Relationship Manager Senior will be responsible for acquiring new business relationships to Huntington as well as maintaining and deepening business relationships with existing customers by providing insights and guidance to business owners in and around Columbia, South Carolina. Our new colleague will acquire a portfolio of 30 to 60 clients targeting s businesses with sales sizes $2 MM to $100 MM and credit exposures up to $25 MM. The Community Bank President is a senior level sales position within Regional Banking with heavy focus on business with greater than $25 MM in sales and functions as the back-up to the Market Manager while providing credit and mentoring guidance to junior colleagues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Acquires new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting, networking, and providing insights and advice. Builds and maintains a robust network of local market COI relationships, both external and internal.
+ Analyze, structure and close profitable loan transactions of the most complex nature in Regional Banking.
+ Maintains and confirms credit worthiness of customers. Gathers, reviews, and tracks appropriate documentation from applicants.
+ Manages and maintains strong relationships with a book of existing business customers by providing insights and advice. Segment target markets are businesses between $2-$50 million in sales size with aggregate credit exposures up to $25million. Heavy focus on businesses above $25 MM in sales size.
+ Deepens existing relationships through active engagement of internal partnerships and providing insightful advice and guidance to customers. Delivers the entire bank to customers.
+ Responsible for Portfolio Management in varying sizes in terms of complexity of credits and number of accounts to include quarterly portfolio reviews, and CAR and collecting of necessary document.
+ Works with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing department to ensure accuracy and completeness of credit packages and delivery.
+ Represents the bank within the community through representation on keyboards and at business and community functions.
+ Works well within a team environment and collaborates closely with internal partners to deliver customer solutions.
+ Partners with more junior Regional Banking colleagues on more complex credits.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (10 year of education and Business Banking or Commercial lending experience).
+ 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Well-versed in complex commercial credits with 10+ years Business Banking or Commercial sales experience.
+ Experience with businesses with sales size up to $100MM in Columbia, South Carolina.
+ Ability to create sales strategy and proven attainment of sales goals and targets.

Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Job expectations include applying and expanding knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans, and as such, is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Responsibilities:
* Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
* Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs
* Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
* Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
* Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
* Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended
Required Qualifications:
* Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days
* Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
* Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
