DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As an Engineering Intern, your primary responsibility will be to assist staff engineers and geologists in evaluating the effects of mining operations on water resources. You will be involved in collecting and organizing hydrological and engineering data, which will support the analytical efforts of the engineering and geological teams. This position may require travel throughout eastern Pennsylvania, providing you with the opportunity to encounter various environmental issues. Furthermore, you will play a role in assessing permitted mine sites and, when necessary, aid in site investigations and research related to mine history for the Bureau of District Mining Operations.

Job Summary:
The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Division of Business and Finance, is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as an Intern. Operating within the ADOA Accounting office, this role provides essential support by performing Accounts Receivable aging research and follow-up, conducting Accounts Payable vendor statement reviews, and managing expenditure corrections. The intern will actively process payments and internal transfers using the AZ360 system while maintaining organized accounting records and ensuring adherence to Department of Administration rules and regulations. This position is ideal for a candidate who possesses a high school diploma or GED and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
