As President, Europe, Africa and Latin America, Pamela Maynard is responsible for directing strategy and operations across 14 geographies. Pamela has more than 15 years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong emphasis on driving customer excellence. Before assuming the role of EALA President, she served as general manager of Avanade UK, driving the development of innovative solutions to help Avanade’s customers realise results. Pamela joined Avanade UK in 2008 as head of enterprise applications and infrastructure consulting. In that role, she was responsible for development, information management and collaboration, infrastructure consulting, project management and outsourcing. Pamela came to Avanade from Capgemini, where she spearheaded IT performance improvement for global clients. She has also held IT strategy and programme management positions at Ernst & Young and consultancy roles at Oracle.

As the CEO of Eliassen Group, Dave MacKeen leads the company’s overall growth strategy. He has held leadership positions within the technology staffing industry for over two decades, including the roles of CFO and president, prior to becoming CEO of Eliassen Group in 2010. Working collaboratively with his team, Dave has spearheaded tremendous company growth, utilizing a combination of organic and acquisitive tactics and strategies to stay aligned with changing staffing industry dynamics.Under Dave’s leadership, Eliassen Group has completed its third private equity partnership, with the most recent being Stone Point Capital, thereby positioning Eliassen Group for further transformational growth as a leading national strategic consulting and talent solutions firm focused on talent solutions, life sciences consulting, Agile consulting, cloud services, risk management, business optimization, and managed services.Dave has been included on Staffing Industry Analysts' "Staffing 100 List" annual Staffing 100 North America list for six consecutive years, most recently in 2021. He was also recognized by the Boston Business Journal as 2021’s Citizens Middle Market Executive of the Year.Dave serves on several boards, including the Bentley Executive Club, the Endicott College Board of Advisors, the Van Noy Valor Foundation, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and is a Trustee Associate with Saint John’s Prep.In Dave’s spare time he is committed to giving back to the community by coaching youth ice hockey for the Masconomet Regional School District.
