Robynne Sisco is co-president and chief financial officer (CFO) at Workday, and oversees the company’s finance, investor relations, legal, and real estate organizations. Prior to expanding her role to co-president, Robynne served as Workday’s chief financial officer beginning in 2016.

Robynne joined Workday in 2012 as chief accounting officer, bringing more than 30 years of corporate finance and accounting experience to the role. Prior to joining Workday, Robynne was chief accounting officer and corporate controller at VMware, where she was responsible for accounting operations, real estate, and facilities. Before VMware, Robynne served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at VeriSign and assistant controller at Oracle. She also held senior finance roles at Visa, General Electric, and Ford. Robynne has served on the board of directors for Unity Technologies since 2017.

Robynne holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College.

Carol Carpenter is the Chief Marketing Officer of VMware and brings more than 25 years of technology sector experience. She is responsible for leading all aspects of VMware’s Global Marketing organization. Previously, Carol was Vice President of Product Marketing at Google Cloud, CEO of ElasticBox (acquired by CenturyLink) and held leadership and marketing roles in technology at Trend Micro, Keynote Systems, Apple, and more. Carol loves building and scaling new products and is particularly proud of the high-performance teams she's developed. She continues to mentor women and students via the HBS women entrepreneurship program, the Stanford alumni network, and Monte Jade. Carol holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Jabal joins Unity from Weebly where she served as CFO, responsible for selling the company to Square in May 2018. Previous to Weebly, Jabal was the CFO at Path, Inc., and held senior leadership positions at Lytro, Inc. and Google -- where she helped lead the company from less than $1 billion to $36 billion in revenue.
