The Role
Love consulting, but tired of the travel? Looking for an opportunity to do something new, exciting, and with a clear value proposition for your customer? Veeva Systems is looking for a Managed Services Consultant who has a passion for helping customers achieve their business vision.
Veeva Vault, our cloud-based content management, and collaboration solution are used by our customers to manage content-centric processes across key departments within a life sciences company, including clinical trials, quality management, manufacturing, regulatory, sales, and marketing. The Managed Services Consultant is a member of our Professional Services team who provides remote, ongoing, ad-hoc consulting services to our live R&D Vault customers. In this role, you can build long-term relationships and partner with customer administrators at life sciences companies to deliver solutions that meet their business needs.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. This is a customer-facing, non-travel role. There may be travel opportunities at select times of the year for internal events.

Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, and notifications
Bulk import/export of content and data
Ad hoc training of users and administrators
Analysis and deployment of new product features
Maintenance of production and sandbox environments
Creation of regular and ad hoc customer reports
Requirements
Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software
Customer service or consulting experience
Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions

The Role
Enterprise Account Partners at Veeva are accountable globally for overall customer relationships, exceptional customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. **Summary:**
This role within the Xerox Office of General Counsel (OGC) reports to the Assistant Secretary and is responsible for driving the company's strategic corporate transactions efforts, including all M&A and financings. + Develop strategy and lead the Company's efforts, and manage outside counsel, with respect to drafting, reviewing and negotiating M&A related transaction documents.
+ Develop strategy, provide legal advice and lead the Company's efforts, and manage outside counsel, with respect to buy-side and sell-side M&A due diligence.
+ Draft, review and negotiate Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement.
+ Drive legal due diligence, including: scope and execute diligence plan, lead company management calls and engage teams of associates, specialists and outside counsel.
+ Represent Xerox in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, tender offers, joint ventures, minority investments and other corporate transactions.

The Role

The Role
Veeva's Vault CDMS platform will truly change how the industry runs clinical trials and we want you on our team! Veeva Systems is looking for a Biometrics Project Manager who has deep customer focus and a passion for helping customers transform the way they manage their clinical trial processes, data, and content within our CDB product. Veeva CDB is a clinical data platform that aggregates and harmonizes all data sources to provide our customers with clean, well-organized data that is ready-to-use faster. Gone are the days of complex integrations that limit clinical data availability, now research teams can make faster and more informed decisions.
This is an expert-level role that requires strong Biometrics experience, customer-focused project management, and problem-solving skills as you lead and manage large-scale global enterprise cloud software projects for Veeva CDB. You are able to drive governance at all levels and lead a consulting team in an enterprise implementation project and thrive in a start-up environment with professional agility.

The Role

The Managed Services Consultant is a member of our Professional Services team who provides remote, ongoing, ad-hoc consulting services to our live QMS, Quality Docs (document management), and Training (LMS) customers. In this role, you can build long-term relationships and partner with customer administrators at Sponsors and CMOs to deliver solutions that meet their business needs.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. This is a customer-facing role, with travel requirements at select times of the year for internal or customer events.

Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, and notifications
Assistance with Quality processes including SOPs, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training
Bulk import/export of content and data
Ad hoc training of users and administrators
Analysis and deployment of new product features
Maintenance of production and sandbox environments
Creation of regular and ad hoc customer reports
Requirements
Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software in Life Sciences, Healthcare or Regulated industry
Customer service or consulting experience
Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
Experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to switch tasks quickly

The Role

Quickly learn new Veeva RIM product features and how to communicate value to customers
Lead customer-facing demonstrations and workshops

The Role
The Strategy Director will be responsible for the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Audience Segments, including account sales strategy, execution of strategic deals, identifying and removing blockers to sales, and ensuring success of early adopters. The Role
The Research Center Data Steward Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of a Data Stewardship team remotely.
What You'll Do
* Provide daily personnel supervision and performance management of a Data Stewardship team
* Ensure that data stewardship goals for speed and accuracy of resolving records are attained
* Monitor the work of the Data Stewardship team and ensure productivity
* Utilize metrics reports to ensure data steward performance and quality
* Assess and monitor the daily resource allocation and workflow management to meet project deadlines and changing priorities

* Excellent communication skills
